No surprises at the interview stage. Here’s exactly what matters to us.
C1/C2 English
You’ll communicate daily with US patients and medical staff. Strong written and spoken English is non-negotiable, it’s the foundation of the role.
Stable internet & power
Your connection is your office. We need 20 Mbps minimum and a reliable power supply. Frequent outages make remote work in US time zones impossible.
Ownership mindset
You’ll work independently across time zones with a US team that depends on you. We need people who communicate proactively, not reactively.
Commitment
The practices we work with invest time in training and onboarding you. We look for people who plan to grow with them, not move on in three months.
Clear communication
Whether it’s a patient call or an internal message, clarity matters. We look for people who are precise, warm, and professional under pressure.
Professional track record
Prior work experience, in any industry, that shows you can be counted on. We care about your attitude and reliability more than your exact background
All Teem roles are 100% remote. Here’s what you’ll need to hit the ground running.
✔ Windows or Mac laptop (no tablets, no Chromebooks)
✔ Intel Core i3 or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM
✔ Stable internet connection, 20 Mbps minimum
✔ Wired headset with microphone
✔ Dedicated, quiet workspace
Teem is your employer. We hire you, pay you, train you, support you, and grow with you. The practice you serve is your second home.
