Weekly meetings provide an opportunity to align goals and discuss progress, but most of her work is carried out independently.
One of the key lessons Camila has learned is the value of clear communication. “When you’re working remotely, it’s crucial to keep everyone informed,” she explained. By maintaining detailed records and providing regular updates, she ensures that the board can make informed decisions and stay aligned with SNAPP’s goals.
